As life continues to surprise you with difficult situations and you are carrying the weight of your past, they can become tangled, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and unclear on where to start or go next. This trajectory can lead to apprehension about your future, your identity, and your happiness, as well as have an impact on your mental health. Maybe you feel as though you have no one to connect with and feel alone in the process. It would be a great honor to sit with those who are ready to be vulnerable, and to walk with and navigate through this journey together. I believe I am capable of providing a space where you can take your tangled life experiences and be validated, receive empathy, support and guidance, without judgement.
I focus on making sure that a therapeutic relationship is built, foundation first, and the connection is right for both you and me. You should always feel you are being treated with dignity and respect and have the power to choose the therapist that is right for you.

I primarily work with folks 18-35 years old, using approaches like EMDR, TFCBT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, skill building and other interactive approaches (e.g. Adventure Therapy). I work with clients of all races, ethnicities, genders and orientations. I am a trauma-focused clinician, that helps to draw correlations with your past. I have worked in an outpatient setting as well as a school base therapist, with both adults and families.
I offer telehealth services, making sessions available and more accessible, to many. Please let me know what you prefer and I will try to accommodate.
